A nonrefundable $110 fee per child is due at re-registration. It is not part of tuition. For new students, a $120 registration fee is collected at the time of application. For current families, this fee was due February 5, 2024, and was billed through FACTS.
As a parish school, we have a vital relationship with St. Gertrude Church. The school exists as a ministry of the parish. Parish financial support of the school is essential to maintaining the budget. Families that participate in parish life of St. Gertrude Church receive a reduced tuition rate.
Active parish families:
The Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati accepts applications for elementary school (K-8) tuition assistance grants. All grants are needs-based and can be used at any Catholic elementary school within the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Typically, awards have ranged from $250 to $1,200 per qualified student.
Complete a FACTS Grant and Aid application by inputting financial information (such as sources of income, assets, and household expenses), including your prior year tax return and W2s. FACTS then uses an internally built calculation to determine financial need based on the family’s ability to pay. The deadline for CEF applications is February 24, 2024.

Are you receiving an EdChoice Scholarship this year? You can now apply to receive the EdChoice Scholarship next year. Please note the following timeline:
February 7: St. Gertrude School will begin accepting applications.
April 15: Final deadline to submit renewal applications to St. Gertrude School for 2024-2025.
July 15: Tuition payment plan begins.
