St. Gertrude School is a Catholic elementary school in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, staffed by the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia and a dedicated team of lay educators. SCHOOL RECEPTIONIST (FULL TIME)
St. Gertrude School is looking for a full-time receptionist. The receptionist aids the principal with secretarial and clerical duties in the administration of the school, including the primary duty of being a welcoming presence to all students, parents, faculty, staff, and guests who visit and call St. Gertrude School.
Candidates need to have good interpersonal communication skills, basic knowledge of school operations, the ability to operate a phone system and use Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite, and the prudence to maintain confidentiality. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Previous experience is important. Requirements also include a background check, fingerprinting, and Safe Environment account with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati prior to starting the position. See the position description.
